In this case, the legal basis for processing is the Controller&#8217;s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, the data may be processed to comply with any legal obligations or to fulfill requests from competent authorities, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providing personal data is optional, but failure to provide the necessary information may prevent the Controller from responding to requests or providing the requested services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Processing methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data processing is carried out using IT and telematic tools, following logics strictly related to the stated purposes and in compliance with the security measures required by the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Appropriate technical and organizational measures are adopted to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure of personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Disclosure and dissemination of data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is not disseminated or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It may be disclosed exclusively to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>parties authorized and instructed by the Controller (technical or administrative staff);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providers of technical and hosting services (e.g., ISPs, etc.), designated as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>public authorities or competent bodies, only in cases provided for by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The updated list of Data Processors is available upon request by writing to the Controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Data retention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. In particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>data provided through the contact form is retained for up to 12 months from the last interaction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data for newsletter sign-up is retained until the user revokes consent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data necessary for legal obligations is retained according to the timeframes established by current legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Transfer of data abroad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of personal data takes place within the European Economic Area (EEA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any transfers to non-EU countries will be made only to recipients that guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data, in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Data security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Controller adopts technical and organizational security measures appropriate to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These include: secure connections (HTTPS\/SSL), restricted access via credentials, backup systems, and access control.
