NuScale Power<\/strong> launched on August 11, 2026, an at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program worth $750 million in Class A common shares, listed on the NYSE under the ticker SMR<\/strong>. Riley Securities, Canaccord Genuity, Craig-Hallum Capital Group, and Texas Capital Securities \u2014 and carries a maximum commission of 2% on the gross proceeds of each placement.<\/p>\n

The mechanism is typical of ATM programs: the company sells shares gradually on the open market at prevailing prices, determining volumes, timing, and minimum price on a case-by-case basis. The one-year total shareholder return stands at negative 73.17%, while the three-year figure remains positive. This gap reflects a genuine tension: global demand for reliable, low-carbon energy is growing strongly, driven by data center expansion and decarbonization policies. Nuclear power has returned to the center of this conversation, and NuScale is among the few players with the regulatory credentials to respond meaningfully.
