Ashley steps into the dual role bringing more than four decades of experience in geoscience applied to mineral exploration.<\/p>\n<p>Ashley&#8217;s track record in high-grade uranium is exceptional. Before joining <strong>F3 Uranium<\/strong>, he led the technical team at <strong>Fission Uranium<\/strong> that made the <strong>Triple R<\/strong> deposit discovery at Patterson Lake in 2012, shepherding the project from initial discovery through to a technical feasibility study over the course of a decade. That project was subsequently acquired by <strong>Paladin Energy<\/strong> in June 2024 through a merger valued at approximately CAD 1.14 billion \u2014 a trajectory that speaks clearly to the team&#8217;s ability to generate tangible value from the ground up.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside Ashley, <strong>Sam Hartmann<\/strong> serves as operational VP Exploration, responsible for coordinating geologists and managing work programs across the company&#8217;s three assets: <strong>Patterson Lake North<\/strong>, Minto, and Broach. The immediate focus is on expanding the <strong>JR Zone<\/strong> \u2014 the high-grade uranium discovery identified on the Patterson Lake North project \u2014 and advancing toward an initial resource estimate. Some 13 km to the south lies the newly identified <strong>Tetra Zone<\/strong>, another area of emerging interest. Hartmann also comes from Fission Uranium, where he served as Chief Geologist at the time of the Paladin merger.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Patterson Lake North<\/strong> (PLN) Project spans 42,960 hectares in the southwestern portion of the Athabasca Basin, in close proximity to Paladin&#8217;s Triple R deposits and NexGen Energy&#8217;s <strong>Arrow<\/strong> deposit. This is one of Canada&#8217;s most active regions for new uranium development, hosting some of the world&#8217;s richest deposits by grade. The JR Zone is located approximately 23 km northwest of the Triple R deposit. Its geographic position \u2014 near existing infrastructure and projects already in advanced stages \u2014 significantly reduces the timeline and cost of future development.<\/p>\n<p>Ashley holds a degree in Geophysics from McGill University in Montreal and is a registered professional geoscientist with the professional associations of both Alberta and Saskatchewan. He also serves as F3&#8217;s <em>Qualified Person<\/em> under Canadian National Instrument 43-101, giving him direct responsibility for validating the technical data the company discloses publicly. CEO <strong>Dev Randhawa<\/strong> \u2014 who founded Fission Uranium and now leads F3 \u2014 completes a leadership trio with three significant Athabasca Basin discoveries already to its name.
