The site carries a historical estimate of 371,038 pounds of U3O8 at an average grade of 1.2435 pounds per ton to a depth of 75 metres \u2014 a concrete starting point for an exploration campaign.<\/p>\n<p>Uranium mineralization at Cross Lake is associated with garniferous pegmatitic gneisses along a northeast-trending structural corridor extending 2.4 kilometres. Three mineralized zones have been identified to date: Narrows, Portage, and Cross. Historical work on the Narrows Zone delineated mineralization across a true width of 11 to 15.8 metres, with drilling having tested the zone to a depth of 75 metres. The estimate dates to 1979, but the underlying data are robust enough to justify a modern exploration program.<\/p>\n<p>The Athabasca Basin is the world&#8217;s most productive uranium region. Saskatchewan hosts some of the highest-grade deposits on the planet, and Cross Lake&#8217;s proximity to the Key Lake mine is no minor footnote: that operation produced exceptional-quality uranium for decades, and the local geology shares relevant structural characteristics. <strong>Radiant Uranium<\/strong> intends to leverage this proximity through a systematic exploration program, integrating historical data with updated survey techniques.<\/p>\n<p>The company already holds a flagship project in the same region \u2014 the <strong>Key Lake Road Uranium Project<\/strong>, also within the Athabasca Basin. The Cross Lake acquisition expands its exploration portfolio in an area that a growing number of operators are treating as strategically important in the years ahead, with uranium demand underpinned by the global nuclear energy revival. Radiant Uranium is listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker RUC, and also trades on the OTCQB and Frankfurt markets.<\/p>\n<p>The historical Cross Lake data do not constitute a certified resource under modern standards, and the company itself describes them as preliminary estimates. That said, the presence of three distinct mineralized zones along a continuous structural corridor opens up compelling prospects for future drilling campaigns.
