The campaign has generated geophysical and geochemical data that will help define the next drilling targets along one of the region&#8217;s most active structural corridors.<\/p>\n<p>The project is held 25% by Greenridge and 75% by Denison Mines, which leads exploration operations. Over the summer, the two companies conducted thirteen fixed-loop electromagnetic (<strong>FLEM<\/strong>) survey lines, totalling 15.85 line kilometres across two ground loops along the <strong>Derkson Corridor<\/strong>, with measurement stations spaced every 50 metres. Concurrently, a geochemical team collected 429 soil samples across a 19.5-line-kilometre grid. The samples have been dispatched to a laboratory, with results expected in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Rounding out the operational scope, the partners carried out a LiDAR survey covering <strong>44 square kilometres<\/strong> along the Derkson Corridor and the Patterson Lake Corridor. This type of airborne laser scanning enables precise mapping of surface morphology even in heavily vegetated areas, reducing uncertainty in drill planning. Hook-Carter sits approximately 13 kilometres from NexGen Energy&#8217;s Arrow deposit and roughly 20 kilometres from Paladin Energy&#8217;s Triple R deposit \u2014 two of the highest-grade uranium discoveries in the district.<\/p>\n<p>The project&#8217;s geographical position is no coincidence. Hook-Carter lies along the northeastern extensions of the <strong>Patterson Lake Corridor<\/strong>, the same structural trend that has driven some of the most significant uranium discoveries of the past decade in the region. The Derkson Corridor \u2014 the primary focus of this summer&#8217;s activities \u2014 was previously investigated by the Saskatchewan Mining and Development Corporation, Cameco&#8217;s predecessor. A historical drill hole known as DER-04 returned uranium mineralisation that prompted follow-up campaigns, though no further significant discoveries were made in the immediate area. Studies conducted in 2004 by a joint venture between Cameco and a predecessor of Orano Canada identified several holes \u2014 including DER-23, DER-09, and DER-13 \u2014 as the most prospective based on favourable mineralisation indicators, and notably as the northernmost intercepts along the corridor.<\/p>\n<p>Greenridge reached its current 25% interest after fulfilling a $3 million exploration commitment, up from an initial 20% stake. Denison retains operational control, ensuring technical continuity and execution capacity on a project that demands established resources and expertise. The data collected this summer \u2014 FLEM surveys, geochemical samples, and LiDAR coverage \u2014 will be integrated with high-resolution geophysical results from the 2025 campaign for a comprehensive analysis. The stated objective is to refine targets ahead of the next drilling season, which could include up to eight diamond drill holes totalling approximately 4,600 metres.
