On October 27, 2026, the Canadian company, which is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and focused on uranium exploration in the United States, announced a leadership change described as part of the board&#8217;s succession planning.<\/p>\n<p>Messler, who has served as the company&#8217;s president since May 2026, will retain that role. Gabriel Alonso-Mendoza, who led the company as CEO since August 2023, becomes chairman of the board and will continue to provide strategic direction. Mark Saxon, a geologist with more than 25 years of experience in critical minerals, is stepping down as chairman and from the board. The board thanked him for his service.<\/p>\n<p>The track record over the past period is tangible. In 2025, Gamma acquired the <strong>Green River<\/strong> uranium project in Utah and the <strong>Mesa Arc<\/strong> project in New Mexico. The Mesa Arc land package was expanded to approximately 4,520 acres through the staking of new federal claims. The company raised more than US$5.2 million through private placements and warrant exercises, and in June 2026 it settled the legacy debt it had inherited. Green River covers 1,100 acres.<\/p>\n<p>Alonso-Mendoza led the transformation of Medallion Resources, a rare earth processing technology company, into Gamma Resources, a uranium explorer. Messler comes from the mining sector: he has more than 15 years of experience in exploration and project management, most recently as head of exploration at Titan Mining, where he is credited with the discovery of the Kilbourne graphite deposit. As president, he oversaw preparations for the first phase of fieldwork. At Mesa Arc, a radon flux survey is planned, while at Green River the work will involve surveys of old drill holes; both are in the planning and permitting stage.<\/p>\n<p>On the numbers, Mesa Arc has a historical estimate of approximately 2.9 million pounds of U3O8 based on old drilling. It is not a resource compliant with Canada&#8217;s NI 43-101 standard, and new modeling and new drilling are required to verify it. At Green River, the company is assessing whether the mineralized zones below the water table are suitable for in-situ recovery, the economic feasibility of which remains to be demonstrated. On October 6, Gamma closed a C$1.75 million placement at C$0.08 per unit. Alongside the leadership change, stock options were also granted, subject to exchange acceptance.<\/p>\n<p>Messler outlined the company&#8217;s direction: disciplined execution, project advancement and long-term shareholder value. The next test will be drilling permits at Mesa Arc and the surveys at Green River.
