American Fusion presents the Texatron on Bloomberg Television

American Fusion Inc. (OTCQB: AMFN) presented its Texatron™ Fusion Engine™ on Bloomberg Television on October 3, 2026, as part of episode 774 of the financial program New to The Street. Executive Chairman Brent Nelson outlined the platform’s development status and provided an update on the company’s intellectual property portfolio, which now includes 151 pending patent applications in the United States following 21 new filings.

The Texatron™ is an aneutronic fusion platform designed for modular deployment at the infrastructure level. The company, headquartered in Texas and operating through its subsidiary Kepler Fusion Technologies, targets industrial, commercial, military, and high-demand power grid applications. What sets it apart from conventional fusion reactors is its aneutronic approach: this type of reaction produces significantly fewer high-energy neutrons, offering substantial advantages in terms of material activation and radioactive waste management.

American Fusion is operating against the backdrop of surging energy demand driven by artificial intelligence. Hyperscale data centers are now among the most energy-intensive infrastructure in the world, and the growth of AI workloads is pushing governments, utilities, and private industry alike to seek stable, high-energy-density power sources. American Fusion has explicitly positioned itself in this segment, with the goal of developing high-efficiency systems capable of meeting that demand without relying on traditional power grids.

On the experimental front, recent tests conducted under the Texatron™ program have produced hotter and denser toroidal plasmas, with stability maintained during pulsed magnetic field compression events. These are internal results, not yet validated by external peer review, but the company has communicated them publicly as a sign of progress along the path to commercialization. The rapidly expanding patent portfolio reflects a strategy focused on securing early intellectual property protection before the technology reaches full-scale demonstration.

Episode 774 of New to The Street is also the first to be distributed across Southeast Asia, reaching approximately 68 million households, in addition to markets already covered in the United States, Latin America, and MENA. For American Fusion, simultaneous visibility on Bloomberg Television across four geographic regions represents a significant opportunity to attract attention from international institutional investors in the private fusion sector—a space that has drawn considerable capital in recent years. Competition is fierce, with players such as Commonwealth Fusion Systems and TAE Technologies already further along in their development timelines. American Fusion is betting on a modular, infrastructure-oriented approach as its key differentiator. Should the Texatron™ reach the demonstration phase on schedule, the patent portfolio built during this stage could prove to be a strategically valuable asset.
