Terra Innovatum at the Growth Conference with the SOLO Micro-Reactor

Terra Innovatum is presenting its SOLO modular micro-reactor at Canaccord Genuity’s 46th Annual Growth Conference, backed by an advanced NRC licensing process and a secured supply chain. The Nasdaq-listed company (NKLR) is targeting its first commercial deployment by 2028.

Terra Innovatum Global will participate in the 46th Annual Growth Conference hosted by Canaccord Genuity, one of the key events for investors in the energy technology sector. The company will showcase its SOLO micro-modular reactor, a 1 MWe system designed for deployment anywhere in the world — from remote logistics and data centers to mining operations and defense applications.

The SOLO is not a paper concept. The reactor design is finalized and, according to the company, requires no further research and development ahead of first deployment. The NRC — the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission — has been engaged with Terra Innovatum in pre-application activities since early 2025. The company has already submitted a comprehensive package of technical documents to the regulator, including a Principal Design Criteria report, a Preliminary Safety Analysis, a Fuel Management Plan, and an Environmental Report. In Q4 2025 alone, the team held more than ten meetings with NRC officials, focusing on reactor design, safety philosophy, and deployment readiness.

On the industrial side, Terra Innovatum has already secured its supply chain. An agreement with ATB Riva Calzoni, a global manufacturer of nuclear components, covers scaled production of the SOLO. A memorandum of understanding with Conuar, an Argentine company specializing in nuclear systems and fuel, ensures the supply of critical cooling components and fuel. Supply chain risk is no longer an open question.

The reactor uses gaseous helium as a coolant, eliminating water dependency in the primary circuit. The design accepts conventional LEU fuel as well as LEU+ and high-assay low-enriched uranium (HALEU), ensuring long-term operational flexibility. The architecture features autonomous operation, by-design integrated safeguards, and a geometry that — according to the company — reduces or entirely eliminates the emergency planning zone beyond the operational perimeter. In practical terms: no exclusion zone, opening up markets that have so far been inaccessible to conventional reactors.

Canaccord Genuity has already initiated analytical coverage of the stock with a Buy rating and a price target of $10, derived from a discounted cash flow model extending to 2050. The investment bank highlighted the high-temperature gas technology, the factory-build model that drives down costs, fuel flexibility, and proliferation safeguards as the SOLO’s key differentiators. Sector analysts place price targets in a range between $10 and $25 per share.

Terra Innovatum is targeting first commercial deployment by 2028. If the NRC process proceeds as planned — with a Safety Evaluation of the Principal Design Criteria expected by April 2026 — the timeline is tight but achievable. Attending the Canaccord Growth Conference is a strategic move to strengthen relationships with institutional investors at a time when market interest in nuclear energy is rapidly growing. Those who come in now do so before the reactor exits its pre-commercial phase.
